Projectiles

I made shooting mechanics to allow players to hold the mouse button instead of repeatedly clicking and added firerate to avoid bullet spam. In addition, made-base projectiles deal more damage than the ice alternative in order to better balance the slowdown effect.

Slow Ability

Ability now slows down surroundings but player movement and abilities are not affected by it. In other words, you can now more easily manouver around the world without being bothered by the slowmo effect.
